Group Coaching

This program is for coaching of groups in organizations located in the broader region of Euregio Maas-Rhein in Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands and in Luxembourg.

The group coaching program consists of realizing the group member's desired contribution to sustainable organizational performance and growth, reflecting the group member's  current, desired and future focus and role in the organization.

Group members can be from a same hierarchical level, from one or several locations, or from a pool of talents, experts and executives with a common theme. The group coaching process encourages mutual support among group members and allows for an intensive learning experience in a group setting. 

The expected outcome is stated in terms of impact on  long-term and future-proof employability, personal and professional growth and organizational well-being. The results of the coaching program are evaluated against significant qualitative and quantitative measures.

At the start of the program, a detailed coaching agreement ensures a tailor-made approach for the group members and the organization.
